Facebook Clean-Up

We will customise your Facebook Page ID to your business name. Where you can go from “k1jhsdfh7e#%!mn34djiell17!#626” to “Your Business Name”.

 

We will do a correction on the dimensions of your Facebook page’s profile picture. I am sure you’ve seen the odd profile picture that does not fill up the entire box when you click on it to get a better view of the content.

 

We will update and add all contact information to your page, giving you a more professional appearance. Nothing is more frustrating than going onto a business’ Facebook page hoping to find the necessary contact information and not finding anything there, or getting the incorrect information.

 

How the process will work:

We will contact you to grant us temporary access to your Facebook page. Once the job is completed, you can remove our admin rights from your Facebook page.

Facebook Advertising

We will create Facebook advertisement(s) for you, which will be posted on the CCS Facebook page and the CCS group amongst other community groups (package dependent). We have packages available for everyone. Packages ranging from basic advertisement creation to fully customisable advertisement creation, where your input is valued and encouraged. We offer free revisions for the customised advertisements. However, the revisions are limited depending on which tier you decide to go with.

 

 

A basic advertisement – We will create a simple advert for you, your business logo will be featured in the advertisement and your business will be tagged. A link to your business listing on the CCS website will be included in the Facebook post description. This advertisement will be posted on the CCS Facebook page and the CCS Facebook group.

 

 

A customised advertisement – A more detailed advert will be created for you according to your specifications. Your business will be tagged and This advertisement will be posted on the CCS Facebook page and group, amongst other community groups.

 

 

For both the basic advert and the customised advert, we offer a monthly redesign of all advertisements according to your selected package.

Mailout Featured Advertisement

A customised advertisement will be created for you to be featured in either our monthly or our weekly mailout.

 

Your advertisement will be featured the CCS email footer.

 

Monthly – One customised advertisement will be created for your business. There will be no free revisions for this advert, so it is best to know exactly what you want to advertise. We do offer revisions, but we do charge per revision. This advertisement will be featured in our monthly mailout. This package is available for one month with the option of renewal.

 

Weekly – With the weekly option we create two adverts for your business. One free revision will be provided for these adverts and any additional revisions will be charged per revision. We will alternate the adverts so that the same advertisement will not be seen consecutively. This package is available for one month with the option of renewal.

Website Featured Advertisement

There are three Website Featured Advertisement sections.

 

Banner Advertisement – This advertisement is featured next to business listings. When someone clicks on a business listing for more information, this advertisement appears next to the business listing information.

We have this available in both basic and customisable advertisements.

 

CCS Homepage Advertisement – This advertisement is featured on the CCS homepage. Whenever someone visits the CCS website this advertisement will be the first one (along with the Full Website Advertisement) anyone would see.

We have this available in both basic and customisable advertisements.

 

CCS Full Website Advertisement – This advertisement will be seen throughout all pages of the CCS website (excluding payment windows).

We have this available in both basic and customisable advertisements. 

 

Please note: these advertisements are rotating advertisements, in order to keep our page looking clean and professional.

Featured Business Advertisement

Your business will be added to our featured businesses. This means that your business will appear at the top of the business listing page, as well as be featured on the CCS homepage. Your listing will be permanently stationed at the top of the business listing page for 30 days (from date of activation).

Featured Product Advertising

Products of your choosing (amount of products dependent on package option) will be featured on the CCS homepage and in the CCS shop. These products will be shared on the CCS Facebook page and on community groups for a month (amount of shares dependent on package option).

Your article will be shared on the CCS Facebook page.

 

Basic Article – A basic article will be written about your business.

 

In-Depth Article – A more detailed article will be written about your business. A member of the CCS team will stop by your business to conduct an interview with the owner/manager/staff members, in order to get a more in-depth view of your business. Three photos will be taken of your business. These photos can be of whatever you wish. Be it your team, some products or even a photo of the building. 

 

With the articles, a discount may be applicable for your next article purchase.

Featured Article

An in-depth article will be written about your business. This article will be shared on the CCS Facebook page, group and other community groups. The article will also be featured on the CCS homepage.
